Using sound for healing is simple and requires only two things: establish your intention before and during and just listen. Allow the sounds to take you on the journey. What you will experience cannot be predicted because of individual differences and willingness to benefit.
The use of sound for healing and spiritual development is becoming quite widespread, but the sounds of the Acoustical Pyramid are unique and there is nothing like the Acoustical Pyramid on the market.
For the ancient Egyptians sound was sacred and it was used for healing and spiritual enlightenment. All the meditations in this section are simulations based on the dimensions of the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid of Giza.
Connecting to Soul. You may find yourself quite relaxed, even sleepy, or even feel as though you have disappeared. The “yammer” of the ego calms or even vanishes. You are in the Quiet of Spirit.
There are five versions of the meditation, all based on the same frequencies. Not only can this meditation help the body, but it can also cleanse emotions and emotional blockages. Fears, angers, jealousies, just bring them up and they will be transformed/transmuted into such states as peace, love, understanding, acceptance.
You may find yourself having some interesting dreams, and keeping a dream journal is encouraged.

This meditation simulates standing in the middle of the King’s Chamber within the Great Pyramid.
It is a more intense version of Invocation, and it is suggested that you work with Invocation first. There are three versions of this meditation, and two of them use some music as a masking device.
This meditation can not only help the body, but it can also transmute emotions such as fear, anger, and jealousy into love, peace, and acceptance.

This meditation simulates lying in the Resurrection Chamber (sarcophagus) within the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid.
This is how the Initiates of ancient Egypt would leave their bodies and souls to travel to other dimensions. The ego was left behind.
Anyone can learn to have Out-of-body experiences, and this meditation can help. There are several versions, with two of them using some masking music, but the frequencies of Resurrection are in there.

Beyond the material, there is the SELF. Let go and begin to explore the TRUTH of who you really are.

If you begin with the Forgiveness meditation, it is suggested that you start by forgiving yourself.
If you are interested in finding other lifetimes, then you will enjoy the Reincarnation meditation. You will enjoy a journey into the future if you so desire.
And remember: dreams are a gateway to the Soul. Use a dream journal and start using autosuggestion at bedtime.
